The St. Clare construction team has fully ramped up after the summer shutdown. Apartment fit-outs are underway in all four buildings, with services rough-ins and plastering advancing steadily.
Esmonde House’s external restoration is also moving swiftly, with scaffolding coming down to showcase beautifully restored heritage elements. The final tower crane will be removed next week.
Building Updates:
- Chestnut: Brickwork complete; plasterboard to level 3; ceilings to level 2; mansard roof framing complete.
- Jacaranda: Brickwork complete; plasterboard to level 3; ceilings to level 2.
- Maple & Elm: Services roughed in; windows complete, and framing ongoing; brickwork 40% and roof framing progressing.
- Basement: High-level services and common area framing/ plastering nearly complete.
Heritage Restoration:
Sub-floor works, roof replacement, and façade rectification well underway.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Builders’ lifts operational allowing external hoists to be removed.
- Final Tower crane removal.
- Brickwork for Maple & Elm buildings complete.
- Mansard roof tiling to commence on Chestnut & Jacaranda buildings.
- Heritage scaffolding removal and internal works commence.
The project is well on track for residents to move in before the end of this year!
