  • Spanning 17 studios across 6 regions, Woods Bagot takes every opportunity to innovate, alongside clients, communities, and other creatives. It is this innovation that brings a new dimension to St. Clare, creating a retirement precinct for wellbeing, in all its forms.
  • A cross disciplinary design studio, Oculus is committed to connecting people with their environment and each other. Oculus’ designers are dedicated to addressing the conditions that contribute to the ongoing success of a place. Oculus is instrumental in the landscape architecture for St. Clare, bringing a true sanctuary representation.
  • VMCH are proud to have Catholic Development Fund as our financial partner for the development of St. Clare. CDF deliver financial solutions that balance margin and mission, for the common good. Since 1956, CDF have been providing support to Catholic primary and secondary schools, parishes and more recently healthcare and social service providers, such as VMCH.
