Construction progress update.

Early works commence at St. Clare.

After years of meticulous planning, VMCH, developers and operators of St. Clare, have shortlisted and identified Hacer Group as our Preferred Contractor to construct our residences and restore and repurpose our beautiful heritage buildings into state of the art communal spaces. Hacer Group’s head office is in High St – as locals, they are acutely aware of the long-standing impact of this development on the Kew landscape. Early works commenced in early October, including relocation of the electrical substation on Fernhurst Grove, site preparation, tree removal and fencing. This is a significant point in the development process, one step closer to turning architect Woods Bagot’s plans into reality.
