Cranes up at St. Clare.

Construction at St. Clare advances with two cranes and completed ground floor slab, while heritage buildings undergo restoration. Visit the display suite to see the progress yourself.

We welcomed our second crane on Tuesday 28 May, as construction continues on site.

With two cranes operating, and the concrete structure for the ground floor slab now complete, we can see the structure start to rise up, already to Level 3 on Building D (Chestnut). Our heritage buildings will be covered in scaffolding for awhile, before emerging again, beautifully restored. Behind the scenes, the services fit-out is in progress, with tradespeople installing functional aspects such as permanent lighting.
