An official Topping Out Ceremony was held on December 5 to celebrate the progress made this year, culminating in the completion of all four building frames. Watch this timelapse video that shows just how much construction has progressed to reach this significant milestone. VMCH welcomed guest speakers, including the Mayor of Boroondara, Cr Sophie Torney, the Member for Kew, Jess Wilson MP and VMCH’s Board Chairman, Mr. Julien O’Connell AO.
