Found in the wellness centre, there will be a magnesium-dosed pool:
  • 10m long x 4.4m wide.
  • 1.3m deep, with no deep end.
  • The pool will be heated to approx. 31 degrees.
  • The pool has stairs, a bench seat and spa jets.
The resident carparks are approx. 2.6m wide by 4.9m long.

There are 2 lifts in each building. The approx. dimensions are 1.4m wide x 2.02m deep x 2.5m high.

  • There will be 6 visitor car parks located at the Porte Cochere.
  • There will also be street parking available in Fernhurst Grove and Studley Park Rd.
  • The storage cages will have semi solid walls, a door and sensor light.
  • At the top there is mesh opening for sprinklers/ventilation and lighting to run above.
  • There are no power outlets in the storage cages.
  • An infrared sauna and golf simulator will be included in the many amenities at St. Clare.
  • The infrared sauna is wood-based room that heats the user directly with infrared rays that penetrate the body. Infrared sauna’s produce dry heat opposed to the moist heat produces in a traditional steam sauna. This addition has great physio-therapeutic benefits.
  • Infrared saunas typically operate between 47-55 degrees celsius, much lower than traditional saunas that operate between 77-93 degrees celsius. Although the temperature is lower, the efficient nature of heating the body directly makes infrared saunas among the most beneficial options available.
The hot and cold water is metered separately, and each residence has its own instant electric hot water unit (concealed).
  • The EV charger is a purchaser upgrade option, and its installation and use will be at a cost to the resident. They will be 7kw EV charging point and will be metered back to the resident’s electricity for billing to the resident.
  • A faster EV charging point in the communal area will be a pay per use.
  • Electric bike charging and storage is available communal bike storage area / workshop in the basement and will have 240v GPOs for bike plug in. We also have normal bike parking in the same area.
